20 g Coconut rasp

This recipe for banana sambal comes from Australia. It goes very well with spicy curries and forms a harmonious contrast to the meat. In addition, banana sambal reduces the spiciness of curry. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place in a bowl. Drizzle banana slices with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle with grated coconut. Turn banana slices by gently shaking in the coconut rasps. Banana sambal in small bowl separately e.g. to beef curry, lamb curry or poultry curry.
