Zucchini cream

Zucchini cream tastes especially good as a bread spread or starter with roasted flat bread. To make the cream, first fill the courgettes into a mixing bowl. Add lime juice. Puree the zucchini. Season cream with pepper, salt, cumin, chilli flakes and finely chopped garlic. Crumble sheep's cheese. Stir into the zucchini cream. Let the zucchini cream cool down well. Garnish with olives.
