Milanese turkey escalope

For Milanese turkey schnitzel, first preheat oven to 200° C. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Pour boiling water over the tomato. Peel off the skin. Seed tomato. Cut into strips. Cut ham into strips. Cut garlic into fine cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms well. Reduce temperature. Add ham, tomatoes and garlic. Sauté briefly. Season with pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the turkey cutlets in a frying pan. Reduce temperature. Fry the Milanese Turkey Schnitzel for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Put on a baking tray. Spread vegetables on the Milanese Turkey Schnitzel. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake on the middle shelf for 5 minutes.
