|500 g||Wheat Flour Type 550|
|1 packet||Dry yeast|
Box of White Bread tastes best freshly baked. The next day the slices taste very good when toasted. For the dough mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Knead in lukewarm water until the dough becomes smooth. Add a little more water if necessary. Knead soft butter under the dough until it is completely absorbed. Form into a ball. Cover and leave to rest in a warm place for 45 minutes. Lightly grease a 25-piece box mould. Dust with flour. Pour in the dough. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200° C. Cut the surface of the box of white bread several times at an angle. Place the White Bread box on the middle shelf in the oven. Pour a small amount of water, about 30 ml, into the hot oven. Close the door immediately. The steam gives the White Bread a crust. After 45 minutes, tilt the box of White Bread on a grate.
