Baked meatballs in the oven

Baked meatballs can also be prepared in larger quantities on the baking tray. Knead minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, flour, mustard, grated horseradish, salt and cayenne pepper. Form 6 meatballs and press a depression in the middle. Finely chop the olives, garlic and oregano and fill into the wells of the meatballs. Cut 6 slices from the tomatoes and put them on the filling. Dice the rest of the tomatoes and distribute in an ovenproof dish. Place the meatballs on top and sprinkle with grated Emmentaler. Preheat oven to 175° C circulating air. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 25 minutes on the middle shelf.
