Tortellini with mushrooms

Tortellini with mushrooms are prepared with a creamy cream sauce. Cook the tortellini noodles. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Cut streaky bacon into small cubes. Heat butter in a pan. Fry the streaky bacon until crispy. Add mushrooms. Sauté vigorously. Add onions and garlic. Deglaze with beef stock. Add cream. Season with pepper, salt and herbs de Provence. Let it boil down to a creamy consistency. Serve tortellini with mushrooms. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the tortellini with mushrooms.
