Potato casserole with pesto

For potato casserole with pesto, preheat oven to 200° C. Peel the potatoes and plane them into fine slices. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Stir in the pesto. Press garlic through the garlic press and add. Season with salt and pepper. Add the potatoes. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes at medium heat. Brush a casserole dish with 1 teaspoon of oil. Remove the potato slices from the sauce with a skimmer. Fill into the oven dish. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread over them. Pour the pesto sauce over it. Sprinkle the pesto sauce with grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oil on top. Bake potato casserole with pesto on the middle rack for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir-fry the pine nuts in a frying pan. Sprinkle over the casserole.
