Hunter Salad

For hunter salad cut an onion and bacon into cubes. Drain and dry the chanterelles. Heat the butter in a pan. Brown the bacon. Add onions and chanterelles. Season with pepper, salt, pressed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Pour the chanterelles into a bowl. Put the pan back on the stove. Dissolve the roast with 2 tablespoons of water and pour over the chanterelles. Add oil and Preisbeer jelly. Halve and add the tomatoes. Cut the roast pork into strips. Mix salad with the hunter. Clean the oak leaf salad, pluck into pieces and arrange on plates. Spread the Jäger salad over it. Fresh baguette tastes good with hunter salad.
