Potato casserole with leek

250 g Potatoes
250 g Leeks
200 g Lyoner meat sausage
2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
Pepper & Salt
2 Eggs
0,1 l Cream
Paprika powder

Potato casserole with leek is prepared with Lyoner meat sausage. Pell potatoes boil. Cut leeks into rings. Cut the sausage into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sausage briefly sauté. Take it out of the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Steam the leeks. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Peel and dice the potatoes, mix with the leek and fill into a casserole dish. Spread the sausage over the casserole. Whisk eggs with cream. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Pour over the potato casserole. Bake potato casserole with leek on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
