500 g Beef goulash
20 g Fat
1 Onions
Garlic
0,125 l Red wine
0,125 l Broth
1 cans Tomatoes pulp
Pepper & Salt
Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Starch Flour

Goulash in a pressure cooker requires only 15 minutes cooking time. Cut goulash into smaller cubes. Heat the fat in the pressure cooker. Sauté the goulash in two portions. Dice onions and garlic and add. Deglaze with wine. Pour on stock. Stir in tomato paste. Close the lid of the pressure cooker. Adjust cooking level 2. Set the temperature of the stove to the highest level. As soon as the first ring of the cooking level becomes visible, reduce the temperature of the cooker gradually. Stew goulash for 15 minutes on medium heat. Let off steam. Shake the pressure cooker briefly to release the remaining steam from the goulash. Let off steam completely. Open the pressure cooker. Season with pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix the starch with a little cold water. Thicken the sauce with it.
