Quantity Ingredient
300 g Pork goulash
300 g Beef goulash
20 g Fat
2 Onions
Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Wheat Flour Type 405
0,75 l Broth
0,12 l Chilli sauce
100 g Sour cream
1 cans Mushrooms
150 g Peas

Goulash in the baking oven can also be prepared easily in larger quantities. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Cut pork goulash and beef goulash into slightly smaller cubes. Heat the fat in a stewing pot. Brown the goulash in portions. Dice onions, fry briefly and season with cayenne pepper and salt. Set the temperature to a low level. Sprinkle flour on top and sauté while stirring. Fill with broth and add chilli sauce. Stir in the sour cream. Drain the mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the goulash. Add the peas and cover with a lid. Bake the goulash in the oven for 90 minutes on the middle rack.
