Ajvar tartar minced meat spaghetti

Prepare Ajvar Tatar Minced Meat Spaghetti with mild or hot Ajvar Paprika Sauce as desired. Cook the spaghetti. Cut onion into fine cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat. Add onions. Season minced tartar with ground pepper, salt and finely plucked thyme sprigs. Press garlic through garlic press and add. Stir in Ajvar Paprika Sauce. Add beef broth. Pour spaghetti into a sieve. Drain spaghetti well. Serve with Ajvar Tatar Minced Meat Sauce.
