Ajvar Tatar Minced Meat Sauce

Ajvar Tatar minced meat sauce is a very aromatic pasta sauce. For Ajvar Tatar minced meat sauce first finely dice onions and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pot. Sauté the minced tartar meat vigorously. Reduce temperature. Add onions and garlic. Season the minced tartar with ground pepper, salt and finely chopped thyme sprigs. Stir in Ajvar Paprika Sauce. Extend Ajvar sauce with beef broth. Ajvar Tatar minced meat sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
