Pannecoke with pill muffins
Quantity Ingredient
180 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 l Milk
Salt
2 Eggs
200 g Ham
30 g Butter

Pannecoke with pill moulds are pancakes with strips of ham. Place the flour in a bowl and stir until smooth with the milk. Season the pancake dough with a little salt. Stir the eggs into the dough with a whisk. Cut the ham into slices about 1 cm thick and then cut into thin strips. In a coated pan, let out approx. 10 g butter per portion and fry 1/3 of the ham strips crispy. Pour 1 ladle of pancake batter over the ham strips. Bake the pancakes at medium temperature until golden brown, turn them over and bake the other side until golden brown as well. Put the pannecoke on a plate and keep it warm until the last pancake is ready. Serve with a fresh salad and pill-shaped pannecoke.
