Fried potato casserole with chanterelles

For the fried potato casserole in time Pell potatoes boil, let cool, peel and cut into slices. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Dice the onion. Heat 10 g lard in a pan. Brown the onions and ham. Season chanterelles with pepper, salt and thyme. Mix the fried potatoes with the chanterelles. Mix cream fraiche and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in finely grated Parmesan cheese. Lightly grease a casserole dish. Fill fried potatoes with chanterelles and cream fraiche alternately into a casserole dish. Gouda grate. Sprinkle over the casserole. Roast potato casserole with chanterelles on the middle rail toast 15 minutes.
