Spring rolls with minced meat

For spring rolls of minced meat, first defrost the spring rolls of dough. Place 2 leaves on top of each other. A point should point forward. Heat the peanut oil in the wok. Brown the minced meat vigorously. Add frozen Chop Suey and fry until done. Season with soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Allow the filling to cool slightly so that the dough does not crack when rolled up. Spread the minced meat filling across the dough leaves. Lightly moisten the edges of the dough with water. Place the lateral tips over the filling. Fold the front tip over it. Roll up spring rolls of minced meat to the rear tip. Fry the spring rolls at 190° C for about 5 minutes. Serve with chilli sauce.
