Bock sausage grilled

Bock sausage grilled should marinate before grilling preferably three hours or overnight. To do this, cut the Bock sausage several times and place it in an ovenproof dish. Mix mustard, oil and beer. Season the marinade with pepper and a pinch of sugar. Pour the marinade over the bock sausage and put it in the fridge covered. Turn once in a while. Wrap a slice of bacon around each Bock sausage and pin the ends of the bacon with a toothpick. Bock sausage grilled either on the charcoal grill prepare, or in the electric grill on the top rail, step 2, 8 minutes grill, turn around and 3 minutes grill. Bock sausage grilled in between with marinade brush. Serve grilled Bock sausage with tarragon mustard.
