4 tsp Sugar
0,2 l Berlin White Beer
0,2 l Champagne

Berliner Bowle can also be mixed in small quantities, directly in bowl glasses. Halve an unsprayed lemon. Cut the bowl into thin spirals and place in the glasses. Mix lemon juice with sugar and spread on the glasses. Add chilled Berliner Weiße. Let the Berliner Bowle steep for 15 minutes. Remove the lemon peel again. Fill Berliner Bowle with well chilled sparkling wine.
