Wild garlic cream

Wild garlic cream tastes very good as a bread spread. Rinse and dry wild garlic. If you don't like the cream too spicy, remove the stalks from the wild garlic. Otherwise the stems can also be used. Cut the wild garlic into strips. Pour into a blender jug. Add cheese, cream fraiche, yoghurt and lime juice and puree. Lightly season the bear's garlic cream with pepper.
