Stuffed Lamb Steaks
Quantity Ingredient
400 g Lamb Steak
3 tbsp Olive Oil
0,5 Onions
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
100 g Sheep cheese

For stuffed lamb steaks cut pockets into the meat with a sharp knife. Mix olive oil with pressed garlic, diced onions, freshly ground pepper, salt and chopped thyme. Leave the lamb steaks in the marinade for 2 hours. Remove the lamb steaks from the marinade and dab dry lightly. Crumble the sheep's cheese into a bowl. Remove the onions and spices from the marinade with a spoon and add to the sheep's cheese. Keep the oil. Crush the sheep's cheese with a fork and mix with the spices. Fill the pockets with sheep's cheese. Stuffed lamb steaks with wooden sticks. Pour the seasoned olive oil into a pan and fry the stuffed lamb steaks for 4 minutes on each side. Stuffed lamb steaks go very well with mixed salad and baked potatoes.
