500 g Soups Meat
2 l Vegetable broth
300 g Soups Vegetables
150 g Turnip cabbage
150 g Green beans
200 g Flowers cabbage
150 g Peas
2 tbsp Fresh lovage
50 g Soups Noodles

This classic vegetable soup tastes particularly strong. Rinse meat from soups, place in a large pot and cover with cold vegetable broth. Soups Clean vegetables, cut into small pieces and add half of them. Put on a lid and bring the soup to the boil. Skim off the foam. Set the temperature to medium and let the soup simmer for 45 minutes. Peel and chop the kohlrabi. Clean and halve the green beans. Cut flowers cabbage into florets. After 45 minutes add the rest of the soup, vegetables, kohlrabi, beans, flowers, cabbage, peas and lovage. Simmer the vegetable soup for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile soups noodles cook. Cut the meat into cubes and add to the vegetable soup with the noodles.
