Canapes with salmon

Canapes with salmon

Prepare canapes with salmon as fresh as possible. Cut the bread into slices, spread with spreadable butter and cover with lettuce. Roll up slices of smoked salmon and place on canapes. Pour a swab of horseradish cream into each roll of salmon. Decorate canapes with salmon with black caviar. Quarter lemon slices and arrange on the canapes with salmon.
