Canapes with Roquefort

Canapes with Roquefort taste very spicy. Cut the bread into slices and spread with soft butter. Wash one pear, dry and slice crosswise. Cut out the core of each disc. Sprinkle slices of pears with freshly squeezed lemon juice so that they do not turn brown. Cover the canapes with one slice of pear each. Cut the Roquefort into slices and arrange on the pears. Garnish canapes with Roquefort with walnut halves and halved, seeded, blue wine grapes.
