Canapes with Kassler
Quantity Ingredient
60 g Meter of bread
10 g Butter
30 g Iceberg Salad
100 g Kassler cold cuts
2 Tomatoes
0,25 Yellow Paprika

For canapes, cut into slices with Kassler Meterbrot and spread with spreadable butter. Wash the iceberg lettuce, shake dry and pluck into pieces. Put the iceberg lettuce on the canapes. Form Kassler cold cuts into small rolls and lay them on the canapes. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, halve and place on the Kassler rolls. Quarter the yellow peppers, remove the white seeds and skins and cut into thin strips. Cut the strips in half and decorate the canapes with Kassler.
