Cheese Bread

300 g Wheat Flour Type 1050
1 tsp Salt
1 packet Back Powder
200 g Mountain cheese
0,25 l Milk

Cheese bread can be prepared very quickly and easily. You can also prepare it very well with different cheese leftovers. Mix dark wheat flour type 1050 with one level teaspoon salt and 1 point baking powder. Mix the finely grated mountain cheese or another spicy cheese with the flour. Add the milk and knead briefly. Preheat oven to 180° circulating air. Fill the dough into a silicone box mould or lightly grease a normal box mould, flour and fill in the dough. Put the cheese bread on the middle shelf in the oven and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes at 180° convection oven. Take the cheese bread out of the oven and let it cool in the mould for about 5 minutes. Tip onto a cake rack and allow to cool further. Cheese bread tastes best still warm with some butter. Cheese bread also goes very well with grilled meats or salads.
