Bacon Onion Dip
Quantity Ingredient
50 g Bacon bacon cubes
10 g Butter
1 Onions
150 g Fresh cheese
150 g Sour cream
Pepper & Salt
0,5 Lemons
1 tbsp Parsley

Bacon Onion Dip tastes very good with freshly baked potato bread or as a grill sauce. Cut the bacon into small cubes. In a pan let out butter and fry bacon until crispy. Peel the onion, dice finely and add to the bacon in the pan. Fry the onions until light brown. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool on a coaster. Mix cream cheese with sour cream and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Season to taste with freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon. Stir the bacon and onions into the fresh cheese cream. Just before serving, mix finely chopped parsley with the Bacon Onion Dip.
