Chocolate roll

500 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 packet Dry yeast
75 g Sugar
75 g Butter
2 Eggs
0,15 l Milk
50 g Chocolate sprinkles
1 Egg Yellow
1 tbsp Cold water

Chocolate bread rolls taste best when warm from the oven. Mix flour, yeast and sugar. Add butter in flakes. Knead in eggs and warm milk. Knead the chocolate sprinkles under the dough. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into a roll. Cut into 10 pieces. Form rolls, press them flat slightly and place them on the tray with some distance between them. Cut chocolate rolls crosswise lightly. Mix egg yolk with water. Spread the chocolate rolls with it. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes. Chocolate rolls taste good with butter, fresh cheese or jam.
