Crepes ham rolls

125 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,125 l Milk
0,125 l Cream
2 Egg yolk
1 Eggs
10 g Butter
180 g Gouda cheese
100 g Ham

For the crepes ham rolls first bake all the crepes ready. Mix flour with milk and cream until smooth. Add egg yolks and a whole egg and mix well. Lightly season the dough with salt. Preheat the crepes machine to medium temperature and lightly grease with butter. For each crepe add a small ladle of dough in the middle and spread to a thin pancake. Then set the appliance to the highest setting to tan the crepes lightly. To spread the dough for the next crepes, set the appliance back to medium temperature and only set it high for browning. When all the crepes are baked, set the Crepes Maker to medium temperature. Place one crepe each on top and cover with a thin slice of Gouda. When the cheese begins to melt, place two slices of ham on top and roll up the crepes. Serve crepes ham rolls as hot as possible.
