Cheese Cannelloni

Cheese Cannelloni

Cheese Cannelloni are gratinated in a minced meat sauce. Heat the olive oil in a coated pan and fry the minced meat in it. Peel onion and garlic, dice finely, add to chopping and fry. Add the red wine and bring to the boil briefly. Set temperature to lowest level. Stir the tomato paste into the minced meat and season with instant broth. Extend minced meat sauce with water. In a bowl, mix fresh cheese with approx. 100 g finely grated Emmental, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and egg. Season the cheese cream with finely chopped parsley and freshly ground pepper. Salt is not required as the cheese is already spicy enough. Preheat oven to 200°. Fill the cannelloni with cheese cream and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese cannelloni with minced meat sauce and sprinkle with remaining grated Emmentaler. Cheese Cannelloni in the preheated oven at 200° on the middle rail about 30 minutes gratinated.
