For the Deviled Eggs, first hard-boil the eggs and let them cool in cold water. Peel eggs and halve. Carefully squeeze out the egg yolk and place in a bowl. Crush the egg yolk with a fork and mix with mayonnaise and mustard. Spice the egg mass with Tabasco, freshly ground pepper and salt. Cut the chives into rolls and mix with the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout and inject into the empty egg halves. Sprinkle Deviled Eggs with chili powder.
