Bircher muesli

Bircher muesli
Quantity Ingredient
20 g Coarse oat flakes
6 tbsp Milk
1 Apple
0,5 Lemons
1 tbsp Acacia Honey
1 Blood Oranges
1 Bananas
20 g Walnut kernels
50 g Cream

Bircher muesli is quick to prepare, but takes some time to swell. Fill oat flakes into a bowl, cover with milk and leave to swell for 90 minutes until they have absorbed the milk. Coarsely grate an apple with skin. Squeeze the lemon, mix with the apple and stir into the oat flakes. Bircher muesli with acacia honey sweet. Filet a blood orange, cut into pieces and add to the Bircher Muesli. Cut the banana into slices and mix in. Chop the walnut kernels and sprinkle over the Bircher muesli. Whip the cream until stiff and mix into the Bircher Muesli.
