Asian turkey skewers with pineapple
Quantity Ingredient
300 g Turkey breast
3 tbsp Plum wine
3 tbsp Soy sauce
3 Garlic cloves
Chili Flakes
1 tsp Sugar
0,25 tsp Salt
0,25 tsp Red Curry Paste
1 Fresh pineapple
6 tbsp Mango Chutney

Asian turkey skewers are prepared with fresh pineapple. Cut turkeys breast into cubes. Stir a marinade from plum wine and soy sauce. Season with freshly pressed garlic, chilli flakes, sugar, salt and red curry. Leave turkey in marinade for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Peel pineapple, cut into cubes and alternate with turkey on six shashlik skewers. Place the Asian turkey skewers with pineapple on a grid and place in the oven on the top rail. Set grill to level 2 and grill Asian skewers for 7 minutes. Now and then sprinkle with marinade. Turn the skewers and grill for 5 minutes. Asian turkey skewers with pineapple are served with mango chutney and rice.
