Anchovies Tuna Salad

1 tbsp Tomato puree
2 tsp Lemon juice
Pepper & Salt
5 g Sugar
3 Eggs
150 g Head salad
200 g Cocktail tomatoes
1 cans Tuna fish
20 g Leek Onions
6 Anchovies fillets
3 tsp Pickled capers
150 g Yogurt
2 tbsp Mayonnaise

For the anchovy tuna salad, first hard-boil the eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into eights. Head salad in fine strips cut and on plates arrange. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and spread over the salad. Drain the tuna in a sieve, pick it up with a fork and sprinkle it over the salad. Cut the leek onions into rings and pour over them. Arrange the anchovies fillets on the salad. Sprinkle capers over the anchovies tuna salad. Mix yoghurt with mayonnaise and tomato paste until smooth. Season salad sauce with freshly squeezed lemon juice, pepper and salt. If necessary, add a pinch of sugar. Salad sauce over the anchovies tuna salad.
