70 g Corn Flour
90 g Wheat Flour
0,25 tsp Salt
0,12 l Water

The tortillas - flat bread basic recipe can be best prepared with fine corn flour. Mix corn flour with wheat flour and salt. Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the dough for about 3 minutes. Form the dough into a roll, cut into 6 pieces, each roll into a ball and press flat. Dust the tortillas on both sides with corn flour and roll them out to flat bread approx. 18 cm in diameter. Place tortillas on top of each other until baked. Heat a coated pan without fat and successively bake the tortillas on a good medium heat until the flat bread blisters and the edges are slightly arched. Turn the tortillas over and bake for a few seconds on the other side. In between, wipe the pan with kitchen paper so that the flour does not burn. Tortillas - flat bread immediately fill with ingredients as desired and roll up.
