Chili Sauce with Coriander
Quantity Ingredient
2 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 Garlic cloves
1 Chilli pod
1 tbsp Fresh coriander

Thai chili sauce with coriander "Naam Plaah Prik" goes very well with Thai chicken skewers or other short fried or grilled Thai dishes. Mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice with the fish sauce. Peel the garlic and press into the marinade. Cut the chilli pod in half lengthwise, remove white seeds and skins and chop the chilli very finely. It is best to wear rubber gloves so that the capsaicin does not burn on the skin. Add the finely chopped chilli to the marinade. Rinse coriander briefly under running water and dry. Cut the coriander leaves very finely together with the stems and stir into the chilli sauce with coriander. The longer the chili sauce with coriander draws, the stronger the aromas unfold.
