Pork fillet au gratin

Pork filet gratinated can be easily prepared even in larger quantities. Heat the lard in a frying pan. Brown the pork tenderloin for 5 to 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the wine, put on the lid and set the temperature to the lowest level. Cook the pork fillet for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 220° C. Cut tomatoes, mozzarella and pork fillet into 6 slices. Toast lightly. Use a glass to cut out round panes. Cover toast with pork fillet. Put the tomatoes on it. Season with pepper and salt and cover with mozzarella. Pork fillet on the middle rail 5 minutes gratinated. Garnish the baked pork fillets with basil.
