Pork filet au gratin

For pork fillet, first preheat the oven to 220° C. Heat the lard in a pan. Brown the pork tenderloin for 10 minutes all around. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with wine. Reduce temperature. Cut pork fillet into slices. Keep warm in the pan. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Cut rolls in half, toast them and put them on a baking tray. Place pork tenderloin on top. Spread tomatoes over it. Season with salt and pepper. Put mozzarella on top. Bake on the middle shelf for 5 minutes. Garnish pork fillets with basil.
