Baked courgettes

500 g Courgette
Salt
100 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,15 l Water
Pepper from the mill
7 tbsp Olive Oil

Baked zucchini is a Greek starter. Baked zucchini also tastes good as a side dish with grilled meat. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Spread out the discs side by side. Sprinkle with salt. Allow to soak for a few minutes. Dry with kitchen paper. To bake, mix flour, water and 2 tbsp. oil. Season with pepper. For baked zucchini, heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Pull the zucchini through the dough. Bake in portions on both sides until golden brown. Drain baked courgettes on paper.
