Thai chicken Sate
Quantity Ingredient
4 tbsp Soy sauce
Pepper from the mill
1 Onions
300 g Chicken breast fillet
1 tbsp Soy Oil
100 g Peanut Butter
0,125 l Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Rice vinegar
0,5 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
2 tbsp Coconut milk

Thai chicken Sate should soak in the marinade for at least 2 hours. Season 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with pepper. Dice onion very finely. Add to the marinade. Cut chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Leave to stand in the marinade. Soak wooden sticks in cold water so that they do not burn so much when grilled. Heat oil in a pan. Chop garlic finely and sauté. Add peanut butter and water. Mix the sauce well. Season with 1 tbsp. soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and sambal oelek. Keep warm on a low heat. Put Thai chicken on the Sate skewers. Preheat oven grill to level 3. Brush Thai chicken sate with coconut milk. Grill on the top shelf for 3 minutes. Turn, brush with coconut milk and grill for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve Thai chicken sate with peanut sauce.
