Asian goose is a good way to prepare the remains of the Christmas goose in a delicious way. Prepare a pancake dough from flour, milk, eggs and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped parsley. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes. In a coated pan, fry small pancakes one after the other in a little peanut oil. Warm it up. Cut roasted goose meat, zucchini, red pepper and onion into strips. Slice the mushrooms. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms as they are tough. Cut hats into strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok. Brown the meat and push to the edge. Fry the chopped vegetables briefly one after the other.
