|400 g||Wheat Flour Type 405|
|1 packet||Back Powder|
Beer bread rolls taste hearty and go very well with cold cuts and cheese. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the soft butter and knead the flour into a smooth dough. Gradually add approx. 300 ml of beer. Just add as much beer as you need until the dough is smooth. Divide the dough into 6 pieces of equal size and form them into balls with floured hands. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Form dough balls into rolls, place them on the baking tray and cut them slightly on the surface with a knife. Preheat oven to approx. 210°. Brush the beer rolls with a little water and place the baking tray on the middle shelf. Pour a good shot of water into the hot oven and close door immediately. Bake the beer rolls for about 25 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool on the grill.
