Pork fillet Chinese

Pork fillet Chinese is prepared in the wok. Wash and dry the soy sprouts. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks. Cut the peppers into strips. Cut the chilli into rings and remove the seeds. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the pork fillet into thin slices. For the sauce of pork filet Chinese soy sauce, fish sauce, broth and the juice of half a lime mix. Put Basmati in a saucepan. Cover lightly with water. Add a pinch of salt. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Leave to swell at low heat for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a wok. Briefly sauté the pork fillet in Chinese. Push to the edge. Sauté the vegetables vigorously. Add the chilli and garlic. Mix in the pork fillet Chinese. Pour sauce over and season.
