50 g Cream Fraiche
30 g Ketchup
1 tsp Mustard
4 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
0,5 tbsp Cut leek
0,5 tbsp Parsley

American Dressing can be used in many different ways and goes particularly well with fresh salads. For American dressing, stir yoghurt with cream Fraiche until smooth. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Season the American dressing with lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Cut leek into fine rolls. Finely chop the parsley. Stir the herbs into the American dressing shortly before serving.
