Arab Mango Dessert

For Arabic mango dessert use large ripe mangoes. Peel a mango, cut the flesh into small pieces and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the yoghurt. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the yoghurt. Add honey, vanilla and a pinch of saffron. Puree the yoghurt finely. Refrigerate Arabic mango dessert for at least an hour. Peel the second mango and cut into small cubes. Mix the Arabic dessert with the mango cubes. Lightly roast pistachios. Fill Arabic mango dessert into dessert bowls, sprinkle with pistachios and remaining saffron.
