Tuna Potato Gratin

Tuna Potato Gratin
Quantity Ingredient
500 g Potatoes
120 g Leeks
1 cans Tuna fish
50 g Cream
0,1 l Milk
1 tbsp Mustard
30 g Cream Fraiche
Pepper & Salt
Dried Thyme

For the tuna potato gratin potatoes first Pell boil potatoes. Cool in cold water, peel and slice. Cut leeks into rings. Blanch in boiling water for a few minutes. Rinse with cold water. Drain. Preheat the oven to 175° C for the gratin. Grease a casserole dish. Drain the tuna. For the gratin, alternate between potatoes, leeks and tuna. For the icing, mix cream, milk, mustard and cream Fraiche. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Spread the glaze over the tuna potato gratin. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
