Tuna Potato Casserole

500 g Potatoes
120 g Leeks
1 cans Tuna fish
50 g Cream
0,1 l Milk
1 tbsp Mustard
30 g Cream Fraiche
Pepper & Salt
Dried Thyme

For tuna potato casserole, first boil jacket potatoes. Cool in cold water, peel and slice. Cut leek into rings. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Drain. For the casserole, preheat the oven to 175° C. Grease a casserole dish. Drain the tuna. Alternately layer potato, leek and tuna in the casserole dish. For the glaze, mix cream, milk, mustard and crème fraiche. Season with pepper, salt and thyme. Spread the glaze over the tuna and potato casserole. Bake in the middle rack for 30 minutes.
