Grater cake from the tray low in fat
Quantity Ingredient
600 g Potatoes
1 Onions
2 Eggs
30 g Wheat Flour Type 405
100 g Cooked ham
Pepper & Salt
100 g Cream casual
1 tbsp Parsley

These hearty low fat grater cakes from the tray are a real alternative to fried grater cakes. If possible, use a waxy variety of potatoes. Peel, wash and finely grate the potatoes. Peel the onion, grate finely and mix with the potatoes. Knead the eggs (size M), flour and 3/4 of the diced boiled ham with the potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Line the baking tray with baking paper and spread the grated cake mixture evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 175° circulating air on the middle shelf for approx. 30 minutes. Dice the rest of the cooked ham and fry in a coated pan without fat until crispy. Cream Fraiche casual with low fat and mix with finely chopped parsley. Cut the grated cake from the baking sheet into portions and spread on plates. Sprinkle with a dash of Fraiche cream and a few cubes of ham.
