Chili con carne is an ideal party recipe because it is easy to prepare even in large quantities, is inexpensive and tastes best when warmed up. Rinse and drain kidney beans and corn. Finely dice onions and garlic. Cut the chilli pepper into rings. Remove seeds. Chop peppers and soups vegetables into very small cubes. Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel and dice. Heat oil in a pot. Fry minced meat and vegetables well. Add the tomatoes. Season chili con carne with salt, chili powder, oregano and bay leaf. Stir the tomato paste into the chili con carne. Pour on stock. Simmer chili con carne on medium heat. Add kidney beans and corn. Stir the chocolate into the chili con carne.
