Chili con Carne is an ideal party recipe as it is easy to prepare even in large quantities, is inexpensive and tastes best when warmed up. Fill kidney beans and corn into a sieve, rinse and drain. Chop onions, garlic and soups into cubes. Heat olive oil in a stainless steel pan. Brown the vegetables and minced meat vigorously. Season chilli con carne with paprika powder, salt, thyme, bay leaf and chilli powder. Cut the chilli pod without seeds into fine cubes and add to the chilli con carne. Dice green peppers and stir in. Blanch the meat tomatoes with boiling water, peel the peel, dice the tomatoes and add to the chilli con carne. Stir in tomato pulp and beef meat broth. Simmer chilli con carne at medium heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally without lid. Add kidney beans and corn 30 minutes before the end of cooking.
