60 g Salt pretzels

Spundekäs - bread spread is a specialty from the Rhineland. Homemade bread spreads like Spundekäs taste especially good on hearty farmer bread. Mix fresh cheese, quark and sour cream. Dice the onion very finely. Stir into the bung cheese bread spread. Season with freshly pressed garlic, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Chill the bung cheese spread in the fridge for 3 hours. Bung Cheese Spread also tastes good as a dip with salted pretzels or with jacket potatoes.
