Grilled trout

The trout can be grilled on the charcoal grill or in the oven. A rotating double grate in fish shape makes turning easier. You can also turn the trout carefully with a roast turner. Wash gutted trout briefly under running cold water and dry carefully with kitchen paper. Season trout inside and out with pepper and salt. Spread 1 teaspoon each of soft butter in the abdominal cavity and add one sprig each of thyme and rosemary. Coat the grill grate and trout with corn germ oil. Preheat the grill to level 1 in the oven. Place the trout on the oiled grid and slide into the upper rail. 1. side approx. 3 minutes grill. Turn trout carefully. Grill the 2nd side for approx. 2 minutes. Serve with grilled trout, fresh lettuce with lemon sauce and baked potatoes.
