1 kg Blueberries
500 g Gelier sugar 2:1
1 Lemons

For blueberry jam with lemon, first wash the blueberries, drain them and put them into a pot. Mash them with a potato masher. Mix in gelling sugar. Bring jam to the boil while stirring. Cook for 4 minutes until bubbly. Finally stir in the juice of a lemon. Immediately fill into boiled glasses and close them. Put blueberry jam with lemon on the lid for 5 minutes.
