Potato casserole

Potato casserole
Quantity Ingredient
600 g Potatoes
Pepper & Salt
100 g Cooked ham
120 g Gouda cheese
40 g Herbs Butter

For the casserole, boil the potatoes. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Rinse potatoes with cold water, peel and slice. Grease the bottom of an oven dish. Cover with a layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Place two slices of ham on top. Cut the Gouda into slices and place on top. Cut the herb butter into small pieces and spread over the potato casserole. Layer the remaining ingredients alternately in the casserole dish. Potato gratin on the middle rail for 20 minutes.
